Bartram's Gardens in Philadelphia is sponsoring a Fall field trip into the New Jersey Pine Barrens on Saturday, October 7. Information here.

?Hmmm-come to think about it there were these weird noises coming from the bogs.

As a "transplant" from Texas, I am really looking forward to fall in the northeast. This looks really fun. I am pretty sure my in-laws are coming in for a visit that weekend. I'll have to check.

Speaking of the Jersey Devil, I asked my friends what the heck that was. They practically fell out of their chairs, "YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF THE JERSEY DEVIL!!!!!!!". They fille dme in on the lore, now I am current:-)
