Fort Wadsworth has a special guided tour this Sunday to see not only fort but also a lighthouse. Not sure if it is anything special but I'm going. You need to call to make a reservation. It is free.

This fort is located in Staten Island under Verizano Bridge. TONS of things too shoot including wildlife (unless it's hot). Tripods OK.

I did. Because of the rain tour was short. I got a few pics but no time to edit those. Nothing spectacular too. Working on stuff from model photoshoot right now. I'll try to post them in a week or so. Maybe earlier.

It turned out they have bunch of different tours on various parts of the fort. I'm going to go back for lantern tour at night. Gotta be cool.
