All that stuff should be listed there ... I think you have to submit 10-20 images for QC evaluation -- for now by mailing a CD. 48MB uncompressed TIFF (RGB) files are the minimum size -- or maybe the JPEG equivalent -- that's about 4500 x 3800 pixels (arbitrary numbers there ...)

I know this is going to sound stupid, but I've never "interpolated" my images. My camera is an 8MP and my pics don't come anywhere near 48MB. How exactly does one take a 12MB RAW file, edit, convert, noiseware it, and make the resulting .jpg 48MB. Usually, after I've converted from RAW to JPG, my file size has shrunk considerably..probably about 1MB.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong to begin with. Should the resulting .jpg be so small (1MB) when I started from a 12MB RAW file?

You can increase the pixel size and resolution in the raw converter, this will bring your file size up,but will also use tons of memory in the editing.As an alternative it can be increased using the bicubic method in cs after editing, I believe that Alamy require unsharpened images so make sure your cam isn't sharpening at all.

The 48MB file size is uncompressed, check the file size according to Photoshop to see how big it is.
