I've found a couple of threads about selling CD's full of images to clients, but I have someone that wants one photo emailed to him so they can make Christmas cards with it. My costs for designing the cards is much more than what they can do them for at an online place. They are purchasing a couple of prints from me from the same shoot and I'm not sure how to charge for the one digital photo.
If there's an active forum about this let me know - I just couldn't track one down (I'm going to second my site suggestion of a better forum search tool).

Edited: Don't wanna make this thread to specific - if anyone else has questions in regards to digital pricing I know I could learn from those questions as well.
