great shot! A bit more street wouldn't go amiss. Also maybe a longer shuter and smaller appature to blur the car lights?

I would crop the left side. Perhaps the bottom. I would also have tried to get a shot without the cars.
Overall I like the mood of the building.
Not the bottom, just the left side.
