I've used the term, but I don't really know if there is one. What I'm pretty sure does happen is, at the end of voting all votes from voters who voted on less than 20% of the pictures are removed. What I've seen suggested (and I don't know how true it is or how accurate my memory is) is that there is also some kind of process or algorythm which goes through and removes any votes from a voter whose voting pattern is suspect (for example, they vote everything 1, or maybe everything but a handfull of shots 1). I do know that something happens, because on the freedom challenge the number of votes I had dropped by 6 after voting finished. It gave my score about a .04 point boost. (Yippeeeee! (-; ) On the flip side, at the end of Insects I lost one vote and my score dropped .02 points. (Boooooo! )-: )
As far as the term "vote scrubber", I honestly don't remember if that's the term I saw before, or if it was something that bubbled out of my fractured little mind.
