Does anyone happen to know if the white bottle with a red cap is trademarked (like the shape of the coca-cola bottle is)? Think Tylenol bottle...

It's might be patented so you can't manufacture the same style, but shooting it is ok. Stock?

Shouldn't be a problem if there are no manufacture or company names on it.

If you worry too much you can always change the color of the cap. You may even able to submit multiply stock in this way depending on which site.
