If Konador asked for editing details, PM them to him and he'll pass them on as necesary. I wouldn't submit another ticket as that will just add to SC's load...
Just resent using your email address instead of the PM system. You'll get it from my normal email address; I'd much rather use that for any further direct email traffic on this anyway. I just can't seem to get Verizon to accept PMs. I'm assuming it's a spam filter gone awry.
