Now that the challenge is over, I can discuss my Color on Color entry. It was truly a last minute entry and I hit "save for web" and then uploaded it without checking it. After the challenge began I saw that it was only 14k. Can anyone beat that?

I assure you it wasn't intentional. 25 minutes or so before deadline I decided to play around with my entry. I worked like a fiend in PS and thought I'd miss the deadline if the site was running slow. I don't think the filesize affected my score since it turned out OK.

Why not reprocess this shot with the largest filesize it will take (occasionally I find one that maxes out at well under 150K, usually one with a lot of black BG) and post the two side-by-side for comparison? Might be interesting.

That's a good idea. I believe after I changed it to 640 it was still less than 150k. I went looking just now on my home pc (at work now) and couldn't find the most recent version before resizing. I'll have to search when I get home to find out where I saved the thing.
