So you would think after 4 years of scheduling challenges that I would stop making horriblemistakes, but here we are, facing the Fireworks challenge with an extremely limited audience. In an effort to salvage what we can, I've rescheduled it as a 48-hour challenge. While the rescheduling won't please everyone, I hope this gesture will, at least somewhat.
Ugg and here I thought I might have a chance on this one with the limited number of entries! Thanks Langdon, now if I dont Ribbon I will blame you!!!!!!!!!! (this is just a joke, I figured with all the whining about the original challenge, someone had to whine about this one. Maybe I can get it changed back! :-))

I was just editing my "10" entry when I saw this green message. I was like "OH GOD NO! DON'T CHANGE IT!!!!!", but I am cool with 48 hours. I think it is a fair choice. If it was changed anymore then that I wouldn't be happy at all. I'm sorry if that effends the ones that aren't in firework areas this evening but if there is ever a challenge that called for snow capped mountains which aren't present in Florida, I wouldn't be complaining about it but trying to come up with a creative idea to make it work. I just hope that this challenge rule changing isn't going to become habitual. I like the challenge of each challenge and the descriptions as they are in there original form. If I wasn't in a firework region tonight I had already come up with two other ideas for an entry. I can't understand why others don't just do the same thing instead of having these rule changes.
At least with 48 hours those that don't have actual fireworks going on they can still have more time to create something that is firework friendly.
