I may well be wrong, just checking really, but my memory tells me that the challenge "Tools" had the standard rules of any challenge while I am finding the line "Rules: none" in the current description.
Is it a mistake by me or by the database?
Just checking if I have missed a chance of using photoshop for producing some digital artwork in a challenge. =)
