When I was putting together a prop for my dumb insect shot I put a nail through my finger with my pnumatic brad nailer. I jerked it off from the nail before I thought to get myself together and take a picture. It really hurt, but I missed the bone so I guess I will live. Yup, in one side and out the other.

Sorry to hear that... too bad there is not a 'Self Inflicted Injury' challenge right now! Hope it's not too bad!

Ouch! Hope you'll be okay. That'd sure be hard to think, "this'll be great for an 'oops,'" while you're sitting there in pain.

Thanks for the sympathy you all. It's feeling pretty good now, and yes it is my shutter finger, and I only type with one finger so I still have a lot of choices there. Yes, I didn't enter Oops. :<(
