Wow, that tractor is buried in weeds!
Cropping is so important to get your subject (the tractor) across better... In my opinion there's too much of the building and weeds in the shot. I'd crop at least 1/2 of the plants on the right out, probably an inch off the left (to remove the wood frame of the building), and probably leave the top and bottom alone. I'd only crop off of the top to remove any "left overs" of the frame" as result of cropping the left.
Then the colors... I think there is too much red in the toning. Try to slightly drag the arrow to the Left a tiny bit when doing the toning. Then last as someone said, use Levels (or Curves) to adjust the contrast to make it a little stronger. Not too much, you don't want to lose detail if possible.
