I AM PERUVIAN, BUT PERU IS NOT ONE OF THE COUNTRIES TO SELECT WHEN SOMEBODY WANTS TO APPLY FOR A YEAR MEMBERSHIP, WHAT CAN I DO!!!!!!!!!!

hi, my country is not also included in the list...the problem is that paypal is not allowed for some legal or restrictions from my country, i guess its appliied to Peru...im trying to pay tru money order, or let my friend from U.S. to pay for me, and reimburse it.

I think it can be done by international money order and snail-mail, it just takes a long time and costs more. I suggest you email the admins directly (under the Help>Contact menu item) with an email address where they can send you instructions. I know they try and make it possible for everyone.
