I have taken mine into the rain but not pouring rain. I don't let it get to wet or I wipe it right away. I'm not sure how it will effect it but I don't take the chance.
To find things to shoot I have my own little box of what I call "misfit props". It's just some stuff I have collected here and there or bought that I never know if I can use. Usually I just ride within a 10 mile radius to find other things, places, animals to shoot. Sometimes I have to travel an hour or so for something special I really want to shoot. I just keep my eyes open wherever I go knowing I may be able to use something sometime, or some place. There are things to shoot all around us all the time. I also keep my eyes open in the local paper to see what may be happening in town or in surrounding towns that may be a photo opportunity. |
