The only thing I could find relates to the license for purchasers.
I suggest you write to them (you won't be submitting anything they can really steal) and get back their info package/contract. Feel free to forward it to me, and I can give you an educated but non-legal opinion.
The key issues will be how much is charge for the uses they are selling the work for (and how that compares with standard prices), and how much you would get. The "deal" itself seems pretty straightforward and OK so long as "the numbers" work.
The only really tricky thing to look out for is anything which places any restrictions on your own copyright. So long as you retain full, unlimited copyright to the work, you have basically nothing to lose, unless you have an image you plan to print up in a fine art limited-edition and sell for a lot per copy -- don't license/sell that to anyone at all. |
