The faces are all really heavily done - I've tried doing this sort of thing in the past and the hardest thing is to know when to stop.
The roll overs make it like some sort of freak show, when you add all the real lines back into the faces.

If anybody watches Access Hollywood. Tonight's program has a discussion about retouching, in particular "which is the real Lisa Marie Presley". It should be interesting. :)
