My apologies for this "newbie" question but I don't know how to search the forums for previous/similar threads.
I was wondering about my images as viewed on a PC. I do all my editing in Photoshop 7 on a Mac. The default gamma is 1.8 on a Mac and 2.something on the PC which is why they appear darker on the PC. Now, I didn't think about this until now (after submitting my first three images). What steps have people taken to compensate for the differences in gamma? I know there are utilities from Adobe (and others) that will adjust the gamma on the PC but how many folks do that?
To add to Calvus's post, if you have the Google toolbar installed and DPChallenge is the current page, simply type your search terms in the window anc click "search site" instead of "search web".
