The only place I see a problem is at the very top left, where the low resolution has made the top of the wall a bit jaggy.
This is somewhat unavoidable when you have so few pixels, but a couple of things can help. Try rotating your image so the top of that leftmost wall is horizontal, then reduce the size and see if it makes any difference. Most jaggies are caused by straight lines on a slant.
Also, as mentioned before, undersharpen images like this to avoid accentuating the jaggies.
To smooth out noise in the sky, try selecting it with the magic wand tool and using the Gaussian Blur filter. Or just run the Blur Tool over the bad spots .... |
