I'm about to buy a Camcorder and I'm looking for some advice. After a little research I found the Panasonic PV-GS70 it has the 3CCD system that is supposed to be the best thing since buttered bread.
Does anybody have any experience with this camcorder or can recommend another camcorder in the <$1000 range?
Any input would be appreciated.

The image quality and colours is certainly much better than most, if not all 1CCD cam.

For home use, this is really VERY good. But it'll not make it to semi-pro use.

BTW, I use an older Panasonic 3CCD cam, NV-MX350EN (PAL).
