I'm using PS6 and I dragged my tool bar to the bottom of my screen and it jumped right off the page. It's missing and I can't get it back. Can anyone advise me. I couldn't find help in the program table of contents.

If you can change your monitors screen res to the next higher value you might be able to get it that way. This happens to me alot. My laptops monitor is 1600-1200 yet my home monitor it plugs into is 1280-1024..
