the second one would be about the picture and how to fix it in photoshop.
I have been trying to put a picture here which I need help with, but I can´t find out how to make it appear here, so the second question has to wait until some good person :o) helps me...

Do you mean how to post pictures to the site, in general? or just how to post to a forum thread here?
This tutorial , although geared specifically towards challenges, has good info that can be used in general for posting pics to your portfolio here.
If you just mean how to post to a forum thread, once a pic is in your portfolio, right click on it, then click on 'properties'. You will see the address, with the image ID towards the end, a 6 digit number. When you make a post, click on the little button at the far right of the top of the dialogue box (looks like 2 little squares inside the box), then put that 6 digit number in, then hit ok.
Sounds kind of confusing, but really easy once you get the hang of it. Heck, I figured it out, can't be too hard :-P
Try checking out the tutorials, under the 'Learn' drop down on the menu bar, lot's of neat stuff there that also may help answer some of your questions :-)
If you upload a pic to your portfolio, view the pic and get the 6 digit number at the end of the address in the address bar. This is the ID # for the pic. Then go to the thread you want to post it in select post reply for a new post or edit for an existing post and above the text input box on the left are 5 buttons - bold, italic, insert image, insert link and insert thumbnail to site image. Press the insert thumbnail to site image and a prompt box will open. In this box type the ID number of the image and press ok. Then press 'post' and your post will now have a thumbnail that acts as a link to the image uploaded.
Best way other than reshooting is to use the clone brush in Photoshop. Just make sure you work at 100% (or more) and go very slow and do small changes at a time.
Edit: I had a play around with it and you could probably mask off the head and feet and delete the background with white. Or you could even just paint the gaps in white.
You can add a mask to any image layer. Painting black on the mask hides the image, painting black reveals the image. This is like using the eraser tool, except that it is completely reverseable.
When you clone it's best to clone to a new layer on top of the image layer. Just make sure that you check the "Use all layers" box. This method also allows you to revert any changes.
