One of my best friends is from KL, although she lives here now. But she's back there this month for a wedding and she's promised to show me the sights next summer. I can't wait to visit -- all of her photos make it look so fantastic!

Don't miss the bat cave!! it's HUGE!!!! What a sight!! I hope your friend will bring you outta KL cuz Malaysia is much more than KL (big city with lotsa McDonald's). :-) I worked in GeorgeTown on Penang Island and that has a lot more cultural flavor! I wish I could show you some pics but I wasn't didgital at the time (1996) and I don't have access to a scanner. And Tioman Island is just sooooooooooo stunning!!!

It was done with the Photostitch, it came together with the cam.
KL is like any other city IMO, in Malaysia you must try out the food.

The bat cave you meant must be Batu Caves. And with Penang, its more foood...! :P Kosmikkreeper,have you tried Penang Laksa, rojak or the durian?

Great view, nice stitching job. However, does the Photostitch program have the option to correct for camera tilt? The horizon is not straight and level and the buildings seem to converge to a point above, rather than pointing up at right angles to the horizon. I know from my panorama stitching program (Panavue) that I can indicate the amount of camera tilt (positive or negative) that it has to correct for.

FYI, these were taken handheld, and i did notice the angle.

I have Panorama Factory but I do not know how to use it....yet. It looks like Photoshop to those newbie who haven't try photo editing before. I tried stitching using both Photostitch and Pano Factory and the former produced better results and faster.
I do know the Pano Factory has more control over the operations but I could not find and step by step tutorials. Although the manual that came with it is comprehensive but it is "greek" to me. :P
Anyone here has experiance with Pano Factory?
