Just watched one of the best PS tutorials I have found so far. This one focuses on portraits and has some really helpful hints. There are also so others ones on this website, just haven't gotten to them yet.

Here is another good resource that is a must for anybody into "people" pictures. It's a Photo PDF showing over 100 model poses. Good stuff.
