Would I be aloud to enter a picture in Complementary Colors III
With bevels edges ?
Or would I be dq ?

Yes, I believe yanko is correct. Beveled edges were a style popular a decade ago but haven't come around to being in fashion again.

Decisions??????
I have two very good photos (I think), one for negative and one for complementary colors. How does one decide which to choose? I hate this.
