Last week was the celebration of Passover, during which every person attending the Seder or ritual meal -- children included -- is commanded to drink four glasses of wine.
A sip of wine with dinner is more likely to promote a healthy and moderate attitude towards alcohol, rather than making it "forbidden fruit" more subject to secret, irresponsible overconsumption or teetotalling, both of which are (statistically) less healthy than moderate drinking. |
