There have been quite a few threads about that very topic, plus other useful suggestions re Vegas. It would be very worthwhile for you to search the threads.
It seems that people have had different experiences.
Mine was this: every time I asked, I was told I couldn't shoot anything gambling related, but the rest was fine.
