I use Smugmug to order prints from but I'm having a problem with the format they use. They either crop my photos to fit the size paper I choose or I get uncropped prints but with white borders. How do I get a full sized print without the cropping or white borders? Thanks.

buy a printer and print it yourself.

send it to a photographer to print it for you.

i have excellent printing equipment that prints up to 24" wide. course that was a bit costly.

I have had that problem in the past, I ended up changing the canvas size to the companys format but leaving the print size to the size I wanted.
