If you pay models, its my understanding that they should not expect ANY photographs, correct?
If models choose to work Time For Prints (TFP) then how many prints per hour should they expect and what format (digital/cd, 4x6, 8x10)? Should I give them a blanket document that authorizes them to create more copies of the images they get (so that they can distribute them)?
Should the model or the photographer select the images the model gets from a TFP session? I figure I'm going to have to do some production work on the images since they are digital and she probably wouldn't want to select any from the LCD panel so would anyone please share your personal solution to this?
I have handled my only two shoots by meeting the model, performing the shoot, getting the model release signed (to verify that she felt comfortable after all the pics were taken) and then I pay her (on fee based sessions). Is this standard?
