I am shooting part of an infomercial for my company tomorrow in Jerome/Sedona. I get to use some awesome gear
I am also going up early to take some stills and maybe some Pano's with my new Panosaurs Pano Head.
If there are some must see/shoot locations please let me know. I will have about 2 hours personal time to get some shots!

You do not say what the infomercial is about so that makes it harder to advise. Plus you are doing video and most folks here are still image types.
Jerome and Sedona both are great locations. I have a lot more pictures of both places than I have processed, but here are some links to look at:
Sedona... Jerome
A good panorama of Jerome might be from below looking up the mountain or from the Museum - Douglas State Park, I think.
Sedona has tons of vistas, you could take panoramas and video from just about any place you look and you could spend weeks there.
Some of the more well known spots are Cathedral Rock at Red Rock Crossing in late afternoon, The Chapel of the Holy Cross in the morning. And there are zillions of other great locations there. I imaging Cathedral Rock works well for video because Oak Creek flows right in front on it there.
Do a search of the forums on Sedona, it's been listed here several times before and you'll get the whole scoup. With just 2 hours you don't have a lot of time so you are limited to road side views or just one place.
I'd recommend spending the 2 hours at the West Fork Trailhead. In the first mile of the trail there are a million photo ops, including great views of the creek and the ruins of a 30's resort.

The infomercial part I am doing is just 15 seconds worth of footage. It’s a cop up in Jerome saying "Yeah it’s that Important" for our rain repellent. The company I work for invented Rain-X. We sold the trade mark to Quaker State now part Shell Oil Company. But we have another product that does the same thing called "Rain Clear".
It is the still photography that to me is most important while I am up there (though my boss may disagree) and I could have up to 3 hours for some personal shooting.

With only three extra hours you might not even have enough time to go the rest of the way to Sedona and do much at all. Hope you can.
I was up to Sedona a couple Satuday's ago with Kirbic and as an experiment while there I did a three row panorama at Red Rock Crossing - my first ever - but have not processed it yet. I'm still trying to get caught up with cactus snow pictures from the previous week. LOL!
