Changing lenses and realized on the mirror there seems to be 2 or 3 little spots...almost looks like a dried spot of moisture or something.
Is it safe for me to wipe that clean and with what shall I use? Thanks in advance for responses/solutions.

You can wipe it off, but anything on the mirror won't affect the quality of your images. The mirror flips out of the way during the shot. It's purpose is to get the image to the eye piece.
