Question, its my first time to order prints from somebody else about 2 hours ago and I was just wondering if I will be getting an email confirmation on my order. I ordered on my own prints before and never got the email too. I know, I can get into my order history, but it would look more professional to have an email confirmation, I guess that's how most online business do. How about shipment confirmation?

I've never gotten email confirmation. I've ordered my own work 3 times and don't get any. But rest assured if you placed your order today it will most likely be shipped tomorrow morning. I made an order last week on Tuesday and got my prints in the mail Friday with just the standard shipping. I don't disagree that an email confirmation would be nice, but it doesn't take much time at all to get your order on the way. I think it might be a good idea to send those to "paying customers" (people who aren't buying their own prints) a courtesy email to verify that their order is being shipped. I agree, a confirmation email would be nice. Every other site that I've ordered from does this ... good idea, rj :)
