For me:

Kyoto, Japan (especially in the outlying temples and shrines)
San Francisco, USA
Vienna, Austria (especially the Hundertwasser houses)
The Cotswolds, England
Coventry Cathedral, Coventry, England

There are others I guess but these really are special to me, even dating back to my first love through 35mm photography.

I loved Alaska although it was before I was into digital. Of course, most of my travel was before I was into digital. Scotland was beautiful, as is Amsterdam.
