When you click on the 'Insert Thumbnail Link' button, do NOT put in the whole url, you just need the image ID number. JUST the numbers...
to get that, right click on the image you want to insert, then click on properties, and then the 6 digits at the end of the url is the id number.
for example: this photo
the number is 292666
