I would love to see a menu item under the "Browse" menu that allows us to see the most recently added 'non-challenge' photos to people's portfolios... I think I'm missing out on a lot of great stuff here :)
I was just thinking about this as well. I like how pbase allows you to see which of your favourite artists have uploaded new images, I'd love to see something like that here, too, in addition to what John has suggested.
I usually announce it into the forums about new photos added,and now people start making fun of me :-(

I support this! We'll have one forum heading just for pitsaman..and then one for the rest of us! ;) (just teasing you, pitsaman!)
Yeah, findng ways to make portfolio updates more accessable to the general public would be nice. Just the other day I decided to try to check out some recent additions to people's portfolios by browsing the least viewed images on the site. Unfortunately this gave me a whole bunch of images in people's "workshop" folders that hadn't ever even been put into their public portfolios.
Oh Kosta!! :( I wasn't making fun. I was just teasing because you use the forums very well to showcase your recent work! Its more admiration than making fun! Please accept my apology if I offended you.

Well we can use this thread, for one thing. I just added some non-photo art to my print gallery: some collages I had commissioned in the early '80s to accompany some original songs we were recording.
Look in the Louise Jarmilowicz folder inside Public Prints in my portfolio, or go to my Print Gallery

I think this may be a bug. I don't think you are supposed to be able to see into anyone else's Workshop Folder.
I tried that one, but if I try and test it myself it goes to the DPC Prints home page, not my own gallery. I do plan to use that form of the link for anything I post outside of DPC!
