Today I wish to thank all the people here who have a help me in so many ways. And I know there are so many, so I will only start with some today. It is my hope that others will tell of the new friends they have in life because of the DPC.

There are SO SO many wonderful people here. And still so many things to teach and to learn and to share here. It is my wonder why there is still so much anger at times in the forums here. So it was my wish to share a kind thought here today. My friends are my treasure, I thank you DPC for so many wonderful friends.
I'd like to thank techie Brit, Tim Berners-Lee, for creating the internet and, in so doing, wiping out many hours of what used to be sleeping time for me and millions around the world. ;)
I'm shoutin out to frisca, loz, starblazer, fiver, marson and anyasmith - those who I know or knew before DPC.
I'm shoutin to my new dpc amigos (and I'll miss some, my bad) - Mbardeen, david and marianne (and lottie *wink*), Mag, Sher, Jacko, mk, kiwi, annida, Sat Speck, Anita, alecia, JPR, bod, kavey, crab, club, lisa...ok so the list is just too long. ;)
I would ljust like to thank all the little people who supported me when I was just starting out. And to the studio... and the sound guy, he never gets credit... and my manager who encouraged me when I was down... oh and my backup singers, aren't they great?!... thank you all. I love you! See you next year!

I've also met some wonderful people through DPC.
In DPC Chat, which I know is not officially part of this site, but is certainly a closely related side arena, I've shared some incredibly hilarious laughs, idle chit chat, photography know how and also been able to find some absolutely rocksolid support when crapper things have happened over the past year.
I really value the friendships I've made.
Because I'm senile, I won't list names as I know I'll just miss too many out, but I do appreciate so many people here, site admin and council included.

It's been over a year @ DPC for me now and my list is also long. I've met some really cool friends here. I've grown and learned a lot during the process. Can we now all share a coke while we sing and smile :D
