I believe we should all be accepting of others critique and photography if we appreciate it or not. Life is too short and there is too much great art waiting for our camera lens to realise it!

Critique is greatly appreciated. Whether or not your critique is taken seriously is up to you and how you choose to word your posts.

in this case I think a check box for "photographer thought this comment was crap" would apply..
I made a mistake, as I said. Individuality should be complimented and not cursed. TO ALL OF THOSE I OFFENDED, I AM DEEPLY SORRY! I am not a bad person, sometimes just very opinionated and then it comes out the wrong way. I tend to take criticism harshly which I must overcome. I think a lesson was learned here...

You've got a point here. A check box for 'Photographer found this comment unhelpful.' could be useful at times - although I leave messages for people who are seemingly confused, abusive or particularly harsh - just to find out why they commented as they did.
