You can look for other photographer profiles by name, location etc by going via the blue toolbar... community... photog profils and at the bottom of the page are some details boxes.
ADD - searching location-wise may be more difficult though as it is down to their preference as to what to put in there (i.e. just country or all the way down to the city they live in) for example, doing United Kingdom gets 11 hits, UK get 5 whole pages worth.
