Not a problem at all, however, I want to reiterate what Kollin said. If you find any security holes or bugs that are prone to abuse (such as the voting issues you found), please use the Contact form (under help/contact) or send a PM to one of the admins or site council. My only concern would be that someone might see a bug that you posted and be tempted to exploit it to their own benefit.
