My camera has come back from service, and all my files are now called
_MG_xxxx-xxx.JPEG - ie. the first letter of the filename is now an underscore instead of an I, anyone know what causes this and more importantly how to fix it?

Check your colorspace.
It looks like the service center changed it from sRGB to Adobe RGB.
