Are these settings that are on my camera filters? Neg. Art, Sepia, B&W, Solarize?

I suppose they are - but the rules specifically state that any
in camera
processing is allowed. If that was your point.
And that's 'in camera' in the sense of inside your photographing machine, not in the legal sense.
