This was not a matter of censorship, but of timing. There's a bug in the forum software in which, if you start a post before a thread is locked, but complete it afterward, the post will take. This ultimately needs to be fixed, but when this happens, we usually (but unfortunately not always) delete the post.
In case there's any question of favoritism, the same thing happened to both GeneralE and to myself in this thread.

This site is not "rooted in traditional photography" as some might claim. For gods sake look at the home page and all the ribbon winners. If that's traditional photography I'm a lemur. LOL. If the rules get changed the way I think they will I doubt I'll hang around here much longer. I really hate snobby holier than thou people and it seems that more than anything else is rooted here. At least in some of the other forums. Ok end of rant.
