Nice shot! I like the point of view from underneath, which is somewhat unique for a butterfly shot. Looking at the beat up wings, this butterfly has seen better days!Message edited by author 2003-07-21 10:35:08.

very nice, i was chasing some butterflies arounda field a few weeks ago. Was shooting for 2 hours and only got about 4 'keepers'.

Looks like he was ready for a rest. The ones I find are too fresh and leave about the time I push the shutter release. Great shot!

That's a very nice shot indeed - smooth, colourful and well composed. Her wings were a bit tattered though (nothing you could do about it!!).
