You can use a light tent if your subject is small enough, or you can reflect your light source off the inside of an umbrella made for this purpose. The umbrella(s) works great with remote flash units as well.
If all you need is a bit of diffusion, e.g. to soften shadows from a flash, try a "bounce card". For more diffusion with flash, try a bounce off the ceiling. Note this last method may proudce color cast if the ceiling is not white. |
