With no search feature in the forum isn't there any way some of the better more helpful posts can be made "stickies"? A sticky is one that stays at the very top of the subject list.
I thought I just saw one in the forum.

How do you make a simple border?
Either that or make a separate heading and place them in there.
It appears that questions are being asked over and over.
