Has anyone here heard of Serbin Communications? They put out photographer's forum as well as other publications. The reason i ask is because i entered a contest awhile ago (best of college photography) and got a letter today saying i was a finalist. And they asked if i wanted to purchase the annual. I am just wondering if this is a scam, or if this is legitimate? anyone else submit to this contest? |
