They are pretty quick off the mark.. If the challenge is open it's open doesn't really matter about east coast time or not surely? My concern would be how can you take a shot, process it and post in three hours? Hope they're not from stock!
I already have a good idea what I'll do, just not time to do it right now. However, I might submit "something" as kind of a place-holder/reminder for myself ....
