I cropped my photo and now how do I make it the right size for the challenge. I have tried it in Picture it 2000 and was unsuccessful.

What I usually do is...
Try to get as close to your 4:3 or 3:2 ratio when you're cropping. Then resize the shorter side to the short side of your targetted image size. Then crop the width of your image to fit the width of your targetted image.
