I placed an order almost 2 and a half weeks ago - the business I placed it with was closed from Dec 20th through the 2nd. WTFH!??

Can you believe the same thing happened to me today? I got an email from a company telling me they were out of stock on an item I ordered 2 WEEKS ago and would I like something else instead? Well, since I had to have it by FRIDAY (allowing them 2 weeks to process and send), the answer is NO! I don't want them to send something else and why hasn't the rest of my order shipped already?? "We were closed for the holiday." ARGH!!!!
