The following things should be answered in the FAQ, in my opinion:
1) What does the site council do?
2) What is the difference between site council and Admins?
3) Who are the current site council?
4) How do you become member of the site council?
.. I think I've got it sussed, but all of the above are logical entries in the site FAQ, as it might not be clear to noobs.
